That's one thing I am not. I guess one of my favorite things about creativity is working on computer. As an ex-Administrative Assistant (sounds fancy huh), I worked with the computer for many years. Notice I said ex...lol been a stay at home mom for the last 12 years. My husband said the first day of school for my baby girl would be my first day at work! Well hahahaha that's been 4 years ago now and I am still home! Although, I must say, going to a J O B is probably much easier than being a Domestic Engineer. I like that title. It also has given me the opportunity to be involved at the kids schools. In fact yesterday, I was chosen to be on a "Stakeholder Committee" at our local middle school which was interviewed by some big dogs. I had to pat myself on my back for that one! just kidding it is a fancy name though. Oh wow, I have gotten off my topic big time....more for that later.
Anyway, I was looking for a way to make a flower to decorate a board for my Sunday School Class, and decided to google it....and found these instructions. So I thought I would share for all you non creative people like me..lol (Diary of a happy homeschooler, minding modesty, etc you probably can just skip this one) Their families are what I would call CREATIVE! Oh yeah we must not forget my friend No Greater Joy!
1st cut 6 - 6x6 sheets of tissue paper (any colors would be fine by itself or mixed with others)
Then, accordian fold together and staple in middle or use pipe cleaners.
After that, trim edges cutting design if you would like.
Last, separate each paper fluffing out.
And this is what you get !!!
I don't know about you, but when I complete a project I Feel Good!
HAVE A BLESSED DAY
FOR THIS IS THE DAY THAT THE LORD HATH MADE
I WILL REJOICE AND BE GLAD
Yes and this is what happens when you leave things around. She loves paper, pencils, and crayons.
